Jamie Plzak reaction to History of the Internet...blog # 2

It was really interesting to learn about ARPANET....I never realized Internet was started as a response to missile fears.  Beyond that, it boggles my mind that Internet become decentralized because of fear of an atomic attack.  Considering how people use the Internet today, it is interesting to see where it came from.  I get the feeling people weren't concerned with online shopping or videos of pandas hiccuping in 1957.
