I'm doing my practicum on social review sites. I chose Yelp as the site I would participate on and research. Here are a few questions I would like you to consider before my presentation tomorrow.
1- Social review sites offer local reviews of everything from doctors to restaurant reviews. Do you feel that these personal reviews genuinely affect your decision on where to go/who to see?
2- Do you feel you are more likely to write a review if your experience if bad or if your experience is good?
3- Do you think that adding personal profiles on these social review sites helps you to trust the reviews made on the website and make you more likely to act on each review?
